Photography, video and livestream services
An inquiry through this website does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only once SmartVideo has confirmed it to you in writing with the agreed services, price and payment terms. Those written booking terms apply to the service in addition to these terms.
Shop orders
- Prices are in euro and include Belgian VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.
- A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout.
- For personalised products (for example invitations printed with your text), you are responsible for checking the names, dates and details you submit. We print exactly what you provide.
- We tell you the expected production and delivery time before you order.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Tell us at orders@smartvideo.be; we refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back, and you pay the return shipping. Under Belgian law (Code of Economic Law, art. VI.53), this right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as printed invitations with your text.
Guarantee
Consumers benefit from the legal two-year guarantee of conformity. If a product arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within two months of noticing the defect and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Accounts
Your account is personal. Keep your password confidential. The same account is used on this website and in LiveGallery.
Intellectual property
Photos, films, texts and designs on this website belong to SmartVideo or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
Complaints and applicable law
Please contact us first; we answer every complaint. Consumers can also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). Belgian law applies. Without prejudice to the mandatory protection consumers enjoy, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction. See also our privacy policy.
